Emergencies and After Hours

For EMERGENCY maintenance during normal business hours, (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM), call JEK’s office at (608) 257-2787

For AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES (no heat, water overflowing, etc.) please call (608)283-7857. If it can wait until the next business day, please submit an online work order.

HAVE YOU LOST POWER?

FIRST determine if the outage is unique to your apartment.  If the outage is building wide you can use your smart phone to call MG&E at 608-252-7111 or visit MG&E outage page at:

SECOND if only your apartment has been affected, check your breaker box, it may be a simple switch to resolve the problem.

LASTLY if you have determined that the outage is only in your apartment and you need maintenance assistance, please contact us.

Maintenance Requests

You may submit work orders to us through your RESIDENT PORTAL.  It takes just a minute to register for access. Maintenance techs are available Monday – Friday 7:30-4:00.

Through your RESIDENT PORTAL, you can check on work order status, view our account register and balance, and view your lease terms.
